so... lets get started
why la tanya pasal exercise ekkk..
kita ni dah la pemalasss..
walaupon tak sedar diri tu gemok.. dan berisi. .. hehe..
to get some exercise ehh..
chenta suka kalau dalam bentuk tarian..
macam aerodance, aerobick, zumba..
dia macam set dalam kepala ni dia bukan exercise.
dia macam have some fun.. tau tau je burning fat gitu..
macam seronokkkk gitu kan.
selain tu.. bawak la chenta jalan jalan kat mall.
kalau tak kat mall.. ajak pergi expo ke.. pasar malam ke..
haaaa.. tanpa sedar tiba tiba cecah 4 km jalan..
buat bende tu x terasa..
kalau betul betul fokus nak exercise...
chenta lebih suka go for walk..
tak pon swimming..
tak pon cycling..
tapi cycling ni dah lama xbuat.. sebab basikal pon dah xde..
